Tencent open-sources Youtu-GraphRAG: Making Graph Retrieval-Augmented Generation More Accurate and Cost-Efficient!

Tencent Youtu Lab has open-sourced the graph retrieval-augmented generation framework Youtu-GraphRAG. The framework combines large language models with the RAG paradigm, organizing knowledge into graphs to help LLMs deliver more accurate and traceable results when handling complex Q&A tasks. It is particularly suited for knowledge-intensive scenarios. Key innovations include a four-layer knowledge tree, enhanced community detection, and intelligent iterative retrieval, all designed to reduce “hallucinations.”
