SoftBank and OpenAI announce the establishment of a joint venture, set to launch enterprise-level AI solutions next year

SoftBank Group and OpenAI have announced the establishment of a joint venture, “SB OAI Japan,” with plans to launch the enterprise-level AI solution “Crystal Intelligence” in 2026. This solution will combine OpenAI’s technology with customized services to help Japanese companies enhance productivity and management efficiency. SoftBank will be the first to deploy the technology and, after gaining experience, will promote it to other businesses.
