AI expert Liu Wei’s video startup, Video Rebirth, has raised $50 million in funding.

AI video startup Video Rebirth announced that it has raised $50 million in its seed round, with investors including Qiming Venture Partners and South Korean game company Actoz Soft. Founded by former Tencent Distinguished Scientist Liu Wei, the company is dedicated to building a “video-native world model.” It plans to launch its 1.0 product version in December, aiming to offer professional creators a high-fidelity, highly controllable video generation platform that challenges the current market landscape.
