Meta Launches a Standalone AI Assistant App, Integrating Social Elements to Challenge ChatGPT

Meta has released an independent AI assistant application called “Meta AI” to challenge ChatGPT. This application features text input, voice conversation, image generation, and real-time search functions. Its most significant innovation is the “Discover” information feed, where users can view and interact with AI interaction content shared by other users. The voice mode is based on the “full-duplex” AI model, making it more conversational. It is currently available in the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
