The AI model AlphaGenome for gene variant prediction, developed by Google DeepMind

Google DeepMind has released the AlphaGenome model, designed to predict the impact of individual variants or mutations in human DNA sequences. The model can process DNA sequences up to one million letters in length and predict thousands of molecular properties by comparing mutated sequences with their unmutated counterparts for scoring.
