Tool support & bug reports
Having trouble with a specific tool (merge, compress, convert, subtitles, screen recording, YouTube utilities, etc.)? Tell us:
- Which tool you were using
- Your browser and version (e.g. Chrome 124, Firefox 125, Safari 17)
- Your operating system (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android)
- A short description of what you expected vs. what happened
- Whether the issue happens with every file or only certain formats/sizes
Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful. Please do not attach sensitive personal media unless you are comfortable sharing it for debugging.

What We Don’t Handle Here
- Legal or copyright disputes between users and third parties — we cannot adjudicate ownership of media you process
- Account recovery — most tools do not require an account
- Emergency support — email is not suitable for time-critical production outages; always keep backups of important projects
For copyright or abuse reports related to the ALTools service itself, describe the issue clearly in your email and we will review it.
