French AI startup Mistral AI has launched Mistral AI Studio, an enterprise-level AI application development platform designed to help companies transition from prototype development to reliable, scalable production systems. The platform features three core capabilities — deep observability, an agent runtime, and an AI registry — and supports hybrid, on-premises, and VPC deployments, meeting enterprise requirements for security, compliance, and privacy in AI applications.
