Here are two approaches for leveraging AI models to handle Excel tasks for your reference:

1. Ask the model to write Excel macro functions for you. This is simple and straightforward. Almost any mainstream model can do this. If you don’t understand something, just directly ask the AI and tell it your needs.

2. If you only need to analyze data, I recommend using the web version of Claude. ChatGPT should also work. I haven’t tried other models, so I’m not sure. You may need to export the data as a CSV file. After uploading the file, you can directly ask the AI to generate visualization charts based on the analysis results.
